One of Simi Valley's best in the live music scene

Last night I had an incredible dinner at SPARK Woodfire Grill located at the Simi Valley Town Center Mall. In case your not recognizing the name, it's the old Redfish location. There is nothing old about the new name or the menu. The prices are fantastic (a great value for the money), the food exquisite and best of all (listen up musicshaft.com lovers) there is FREE music in the bar on Wednesday thru Saturday nights. The atmosphere is casual but also could be considered fancy- honestly, I can't think of anyone who wouldn't thoroughly enjoy this place! Yum!
