As we are well into our fourth month, I'm so pleased to see the progress that musicshaft.com has made. Our website users love being able to find local live music with such ease. Have you had a chance to check out Jekyll n Hyde's Restaurant & Bar in Moorpark? They are serving up more than great drinks and food with their Wednesday & Thursday night live music. If you haven't been to this new place in Old Town Moorpark, your really missing out- with an old school rock'n'roll theme you'll feel right at home. If you haven't been to the Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas, your really missing out. With live music Wednesday thru Sunday and a great atmosphere, it's a place to bring your friends and let your hair down. They've been serving up great service and award winning food since 1974- so if you haven't been, GO. If you've been, GO AGAIN! 'Relay for Life' Fundraiser September 12th-Simi Valley

Come say hello to yours truly as I emcee a 'Relay for Life' cancer benefit on Saturday, Sept 12th from Noon-7pm at PC's Bar & Grill located at 4250 Los Angeles Ave, Simi Valley- between Tapo & Tapo Canyon. There will be a BBQ featuring Leonard cooking (if you don't know Leonard, you'll be glad you came)- the best BBQ chicken and Tri-tip around. There are also two bands playing: Double Shot & Wild Bil'z Bloozhoundz. This is a great place to stop by before or after Simi Valley days or both! Don't let the 'bar' scare you away if you have kids- this place is kid friendly until 9pm! See you there!

Set with in a beautiful oasis, it's a great place for a romantic date-night or a fun night out with friends. Friday's offer music at cocktail hour as well as later evening entertainment.
